The story of our company begins not with a single founder, but with a lineage of builders whose influence spans continents and cultures. Our founder, Raul Ramirez Nagai, was shaped by two grandfathers who embodied excellence in both philosophy and practice.
His maternal grandfather, affectionately known as JiJi, spent his career as an executive with Tobishima Holdings, one of Japan’s most prominent construction conglomerates. From JiJi, Raul learned the importance of meticulous planning, respect for craft, and the quiet power of trust built over time. It was JiJi who inspired Raul to pursue advanced training in real estate development, culminating in a Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University.
On the other side of his heritage, Raul’s grandfather Abuelito Polo built homes, communities, and successful businesses in Mexico, teaching Raul the hands-on language of materials, proportion, and detail. Abuelito Polo believed that true success required integrity, communication, and devotion to quality—values that remain embedded in our work today.
These dual influences—Japanese precision and Mexican craftsmanship—now define our approach to luxury home building and remodeling: intentional design, refined execution, and an unwavering commitment to honesty.
Our homes and living spaces are conceived as architectural statements and lived as personal sanctuaries. Each project is a dialogue between client, designer, and builder—guided by trust and realized through masterful execution.
